DIN: The Passport to the Global Market

As one of the most authoritative certifications in the European Union, DIN serves as a technical cornerstone for EU regulations, with over 80% of its standards convertible to EN standards, making them indispensable in high-end sectors such as automotive, green materials, and medical devices. Recognition under the DIN standard serves as a global passport for market entry—effectively a "golden key" to unlock the door to high-end international markets.

Passing Rigorous Testing, Winning Praise for Performance

Haier Biomedical's UltraEco ULT Freezers have passed the rigorous global DIN testing, achieving a 100% success rate across more than 100 sub-tests. These include:

● Ultra-durable design: The freezer's door handle and hinges underwent 50,000 open-close cycles, equivalent to 13 years of reliable operation at 10 openings per day—proving its exceptional durability and stability, and earning it the nickname "the workhorse of the industry."

● High-performance stable temperature control: Internal temperature was measured at more than ten points, with a maximum variation of just 3.1ºC to 3.5ºC, well beyond the standard tolerance of 20°C. This represents a performance level 5.7 to 6.5 times higher than required, achieving internationally advanced performance. Even in standard ambient environments, the freezer maintained excellent internal temperature uniformity.

● Exceptional energy efficiency: Haier Biomedical's DW-86L830BPT and DW-86L730BPT ULT freezers set a new benchmark in energy efficiency, consuming just 5.97 kWh and 4.97 kWh per day, respectively. Both models top the U.S. ENERGY STAR ratings, ushering in a new "5 kWh era" for large-capacity ULT freezers. Over the product's full life cycle, the energy savings are equivalent to the cost of an additional freezer, delivering tangible economic value with exceptional performance.

Environmental Sustainability and Safety—Both Prioritized

The UltraEco ULT Freezers go further by championing environmental responsibility. Each unit uses hydrocarbon refrigerants and environmentally friendly LAB foaming agents, reducing annual carbon dioxide emissions by 2,269 kg, thereby contributing to energy conservation and environmental protection.

Meanwhile, equipped with dual-sensor temperature monitoring, compressor fault alarms, a 6-hour ultra-long heat preservation system, an independent backup control system, and smart IoT integration, the freezers' system delivers comprehensive safeguards to ensure secure, worry-free sample storage.

From a domestic frontrunner to a global leader, and from performance breakthroughs to comprehensive safety features, Haier Biomedical has firmly established itself as a leader in ULT preservation. Looking ahead, the company is poised to continue setting new industry benchmarks and lead the future of the world's cold storage solution.
