In June of this year, the Canton Fair was changed for the first time in its history to online due to the impact of the epidemic. The fair displayed exhibits to buyers from all over the world through text, pictures, video, VR and other visual forms for a full range of display of products, services and solutions; this was achieved through offline live interaction, more comprehensive and detailed displays of product functions and elements. During the fair, Haier Biomedical showcased our 5U medical cold chain environment solutions and anti-epidemic product solutions to customers on-line and live. We went live two times per day and we were on call 24 hours a day to answer questions for customers, users and we were able to take them at any time.

In order to display the product more intuitively, clearly and to ensure that the audience would get an in-depth understanding and learn about Haier Biomedical’s solutions, product details more closely the live broadcast location was set in the BIoT Center in Qingdao. Meanwhile, to offer the audience a better live viewing experience so that their most important questions can be answered in a timely manner, the Haier Biomedical Marketing Team collected all the questions before the live broadcast. During the live broadcast, the staff systematically displayed Haier Biomedical 5U environment solutions and the epidemic prevention solutions, introduced the product details to the users carefully, and continued to answer questions from the live audience.
