Haier Biomedical is Doing Its Part in the Battle against Coronavirus

Haier Biomedical, an industry-leading biological sample storage solution provider, is seeing first-hand how it's products are taking an important role in research to provide protection against COVID-19.

A team at UCL, as reported by the BBC, is one of the many groups worldwide working on research into a COVID-19 vaccine.  

The storage requirements for vaccines are strict due to the high risk of vaccine inactivation and sensitivity to changes in temperature, meaning its vital that these samples are stored safely and reliably. In this instance, these critical prototype vaccines are being stored within the team's Haier Biomedical ULT freezer. Haier Biomedical has been a long-term provider of cold storage solutions to many leading research institutes across the UK.
