Recently, Inter-Trade Ltd, a long-time partner of Haier Biomedical, announced that our solar vaccine cold chain technology has successfully helped it become a pioneer in the modernization cold chain systems, and that the applied technology is fully compliant with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) standards.
The safe storage of vaccines is the key to protecting lives, but in remote areas, power shortages and limited medical resources present significant challenges. In response to this situation, Haier Biomedical has launched a comprehensive vaccine safety solution. Products such as solar direct drive cold rooms and solar direct drive vaccine refrigerators operate without the need for batteries, ensuring that vaccines, reagents, and ice packs are stored at optimal temperatures even in the event of power shortages.
The solar direct-drive cold room features direct-drive cooling technology as its core, to achieve a constant temperature of 2~8℃ throughout the day, saving an average of 8,000 kWh of electricity per year, and supporting multi-terminal remote monitoring and abnormal condition warning.
The 140 mm high-performance heat insulation material on the solar vaccine refrigerator maximizes door sealing efficiency, minimizing temperature loss caused by door opening. For temperature control, it features an electronic temperature controller with a digital display accurate to 0.1°C, maintaining a precise range of 2°C to 8°C. In critical situations, the system activates low-temperature heat compensation to prevent vaccines freezing. Safety door locks, multiple alarm systems, and other configurations make your vaccines feel "completely secure." In cases of sensor errors, high temperature, or low temperature, the refrigerator automatically triggers an audible alarm or flashing light to ensure vaccine safety.
From hardware breakthroughs of solar-powered vaccine refrigerators to system reconstruction enabled by digital technology, Haier Biomedical is reshaping the global public health landscape through technological innovation. We are committed to continuous advancement, delivering innovative solutions to safeguard life and health around the world.
