New Product – Smart Touch Screen ULT Freezers (J Series)

The new line of Haier Biomedical low energy ULT freezers with touchscreen is officially released for sale in the UK.  The new line is an extension of Haier Biomedical’s popular range of standard low energy (J series) upgraded with our smart 10-inch touch screen technology.

The new touch screen models are available in four sizes, approx. 419L, 579L, 729L and 829L

Touch Screen Low Energy ULT Freezers - Key Features:

>    NEW - 10-inch high-performance LCD capacitive screen, sensitive touch operation; intuitive display of inside temperature, ambient temperature, input voltage and other data and temperature curves.

>    NEW - Simple inventory system allows users to record item location (shelf), entry and exit records and can facility item inventory management and statistics.  Optional professional version is available configured to shelf/rack/box/tube, available in the UK later in the year.

>    NEW - Supplied with password lock as standard, options include fingerprint and face recognition. Personnel management control options to ensure security.

>    NEW - Temperature uniformity ≤ 4°C, equipped with an intelligent temperature monitoring system, real-time temperature data monitoring function and multiple safety alarm system.

>    NEW - Temperature curves in real time can be viewed quickly through the display, and any errors will sound an audible alarm and show on the display.  Alarm and event records can be viewed.

>    The optimized hydrocarbon refrigeration system is more environmentally friendly and uses significantly less energy than older technologies, saving up to 30% on electricity.

>    ENERGY STAR certified.

>    Superior thermal insulation performance, 70mm super thick insulation layer design, 25 mm specialist vacuum insulation material and 4 layers of silicone seal, provide superior thermal insulation and energy saving effect

>    RS485 port and 5V cold chain interface

>    USB interface as standard, download temperature historical data for compliance

>    Two access ports

>    Durable and safe cabinet construction.

Optional IoT Monitoring Solution (not yet available in the UK)

The IoT module with multi-screen interaction provides real-time data on the set parameters, actual operation parameters, operation curves, records, and event records through the IoT cloud platform. The operation of ULT freezer can be monitored at anytime and anywhere through mobile App or any web enabled device. The unit is equipped with self-diagnostics system for common faults and alarm functions, available through simple one touch button ensuring sample safety.

Optional Professional Edition Sample Management

The system is accurate to the layer of the sample management system, easy to record the goods in and out of the warehouse, easy for inventory and statistics with multi-screen interaction, less mistakes with second check system.
