Haier Laboratory center was established in 1999 covered 10000 square meter with register capital of RMB150 million and cooperates with all international certification organizations. Haier laboratory center not only carry out Haier products test, but also carry out tests for both domestic and overseas customers. It is an open, multi-aspect and international testing center.

Environment Lab
Equipped with advanced testing instruments for precision control of temperature, recognized for compliance with EN45001, UL, CSA, TCA and ETL. All tests for fridge performances, particularly for energy consumption tests to the criteria in all countries.

Comprised of anechoic and semi-anechoic chamber used for noise and vibration tests of household appliances and electronic acoustic experiments, background noise 13.5dB exchangeable anechoic chamber for semi-anechoic.
Advanced anechoic testing system manufactured by B&K of Denmark, which can be used for observing noise movement through 12 channels.

Climate aging laboratory
Climate aging Laboratory has two UV aging lamp, a xenon lamp aging boxes and a ozone aging lamp and mainly conducts plastic materials Weatherability aging test and can be able to meet GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN, SAE, BSD and other standards.
All kinds of plastic materials can be resistant to ultraviolet light of the accelerated aging, simulated sunlight and xenon lamp ozone-resistant rubber material aging test requirements.
That our group have the right to use plastic Laboratory in the plastic producing process means better quality control, especially to ensure the long-term using life of products as plastic casing and rubber components.
EMC Lab
In possession of 3m anechoic chamber and 2 shielding rooms, equipped with advanced EMC test system which are competent for household appliances, information technology and A/V products testing requirement.

Vibration laboratory owning electric vibration table (two sets), the impact of the collision test-bed and drop test machine, can make examination on products about machinery environmental adaptability according to the GB, IEC standards. Such as various computer boards, motors and other components for sine and random vibration tests; of color TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines and other home appliances to the testing of impact of the collision, the free fall and transport packaging.
Vibration laboratory played a great role in ensuring the high reliability and high-quality of the spare parts and the whole parts of the products, reducing the primary defects of products and the components and the operation caused by the initial loading and unloading during transport and even improving quality management concept.

High-low-temperature laboratory owned import alternating hot and humid boxes, high-low-temperature impact test chamber, high temperature accelerated aging boxes and so on , totally 7 sets of advanced equipment for centralized control and management, in line with GB, IEC standards of temperature and humidity environmental testing requirements. Able to do high temperature, low temperature, constant hot and humid, alternating hot and humid, temperature impact and accelerated aging test. Meet the testing requirements of a variety of electronic electrical components.
